Extra-Extra-10 that's better than monster stickers!

On a serious note, you might look into getting some thick AL bars (about 3'-4' long) to rivet into each side of the tunnel to brace the extension. Otherwise when you reef on it when your stuck it might just pop right off. But then again the braces you have on there might work just as well.

Hell ya xtra 10 xtra 10, double the suspension! Haha..

I dont plan to leave this thing on for real long, dont want to drill any extra holes in the tunnel since ill remove this thing. Its basically set up just like a stock extension so it should be fine. However, i should put a couple more bolts in it since i dindt put them all in.

Im honestly not worried enough about the seat to spend money on it, let alone 80 bucks or anything, i just dont have that kind of money at this time to put into the seat. It would be real nice to have a nice seat tho, but o well i can live with what i got.

I had a fuckin blast out riding today. Prolly the best day i have had so far. It would be heaven if we had snow like rubi has up in alex. The best we can find is some some-what soft fields to fuck around and "carve" in and some hills to climb, nothing huge but just some fun shit to mess around with. Unfortunately i do not have any pics due to i have no damn camera, i however have a couple crappy videos, not much, i dono if theyre any good tho. Ill try and get them on here tho. None are of me, battery died.

Don't post them, that would be making MN part of the IL/MI clique and god knows we can't have that. The Admin complained remember?

Ok i am having a problem.. Im still hearing a clunking noise from under the sled, seems to come from the rear suspension area. It makes a clunking noise when i hit a drift/jump etc. It doesnt do it every single time, but most of the time that i hit a jump or something. I have no idea what it is. Anyone have any ideas? I flipped it on its side and looked around, i did not notice anything. Track seems tight. Chain tensioner bolt didnt come loose again either. Not sure what to think is clunking around. Want to get this problem fixed before this weekend, i am scared something is going to break or something, even tho its been like this and i been riding it.

Egged out suspension holes? Either on the rail or somewhere else?

I never noticed any, but i also didnt look for any. It looked to be in good shape. Its not the mounting holes that hold the skid to the sled, i know those holes were all solid at least.

1. when you compress suspension does track get looser?
2. All rivets tight?
3. Swing/torque arms move correctly?
4. Cracked rails, broken tab on idle/carrier wheels?
5. Shocks/springs move freely? Not binding?
6. Torsion spring spacers/sleeves intact not worn down or cracked?
7. Possible week shock and actually hitting bump stops on compression?

Pics on side might help to see possible?

Ill have to check on some of those things. I can say that it would appear everything is working correctly as far as the suspension, it doesnt stick down or anything. I did look at the rubber bumpers for when it bottoms out and there was snow on them, didnt look like it ever bottomed out to me.

I get that sometimes with mine too. In my case, it's the skid extending fully after being compressed. I can feel and hear it snap back to full extension.

I have a feeling thats not whats happening. It seems to make the noise right as i hit the bump or something, could be wrong tho. Man this is pissing me off, im scared something might break or something. And now its hard to take a good look at it cuz its covered in snow.
