Alrighty, I think I found a KFX250 that will work. He is willing to meet me 3 hours or so from my house.

F this. I'm gonna ride this damn TW first and try and figure out what I want. I am driving myself nuts reading about WR250s, KLX250s, DRZ400s, and other bikes.

^No kiddin, dude. Go out there and ride the thing. Maybe you just want a bike to cruise down the trail and get outside? Not everyone has to go out and be the biggest badass out there (although eventually, if you take a liking to the sport, you will want to be.)

I was not hanging out with them, lol. Don't even know them. They were flashing the band and I asked if I could get a picture. Never saw them again after that night. The only hot chicks in Sturgis for the most part are the bar tenders and others that work in vendor booths, etc. You don't go to Sturgis for the ladies anyway. Besides, I am happily married and don't want to give up 60% of my shit.

This is the cheapest one I found also.
http://evansville.craigslist.org/mcy/2226282019.html
A dealer in North Carolina has a brand new one
like this with a warranty for $3,495 OTD.
I know it's pricey, and too far away, but here
is the number anyway. 910-582-8500

Really the least expensive one I found last year
was $2900 so these prices are right there.

Tend to agree with Rubi, and CW with riding what you have.
The machine you have now isn't a powerhouse, but being
light and nimble will allow you to enjoy the sport.
Unlike a 400 that might scare you away from it.
With ridding the TW200, and testing other bikes you will
be able figure out exactly what riding style, and bike fits you best.
It may just be the TW200 which is half to cost of what I'm pushing.

Will you still be seen with me if I'm riding the TW?

I did find a street legal and titled 2005 WR450 for $2900 asking price.

Riding in the UP in the summer is nothing like being there offtrail in the winter. There's no "Look at that line through the trees I think I'll climb it" because there is 4' of green shit with leaves growing in the way. And forest roads? Those are mosquito havens - Again, 4' of green shit plus water everywhere.

Everyone should recognize the hill at 1:14

I was up there for the trail clean up in August and got to ride an ATV. It wasn't too bad with bugs then. I guess the way you avoid bugs is keep on moving LOL.

But they're all gonna laugh at you!

No I'm a run what you brung guy. Just don't like shit breaking, because people can't do simple maintenance.

I got to say on the WR450. Well how should I word this? OK, if I had to buy a bike all over again, knowing what I know now, it would be a 450.
Just can't justify what I will lose with selling mine, and buying new.
Even when sitting with this keyboard I think I need a 450. For me it's a cycle- off the bike I need a 450, on the bike I know it is all I need.
With that being said You want to buy my 250 so I can get the 450. What is the condition? I know it's 244 pounds with horsepower, Oh my!

Rick I recognized the whole video. My favorite was the last minute. Thanks

There is the street legal WR450 near me you can buy and then I can buy yours LOL. It is tempting to just buy this WR and add a tail light, blinkers (maybe) and a mirror.

What do you think this bike is worth titled? It has less than 1000 miles on it. It has a Guts tall soft seat, GYTR Exhaust along with stock, GYTR/Cycra hand guards and a spare front wheel. He said the bike needs nothing and is in great shape.
